The Parish Council have responded to the letter sent by Erewash Borough Council, informing us that our concurrent functions funding will be reduced to £2000 for 2024-25 and then zero from 25-26 onwards. This is a massive loss of money to us (this year we received £27,154 in funding)

In the next few months we will be working through the impact of this and will be considering what our budget requirements are for 2024-25 with the aim of setting the concurrent functions funding by January 2025. Please come along to the next Parish Council meeting on 14th November to express your views on the draft budget which will be discussed (the agenda will be published on our website and noticeboards on the 7th November)
