Contractor Cleaner Required
Draycott Community Hall
Draycott Community Hall is seeking a reliable self-employed contractor cleaner to undertake routine cleaning of our community facility.
Hours
- Approximately 1 to 2 hours per week.
- Flexible working hours to suit the contractor.
- Cleaning to be completed around hall bookings and activities.
Requirements
The successful contractor must:
- Be self-employed and responsible for their own tax arrangements.
- Hold their own public liability insurance.
- Supply their own cleaning equipment and cleaning products.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hall and associated facilities.
- Be dependable and able to work independently.
- Arrange suitable cover during holidays, sickness, or other periods of absence to ensure cleaning duties continue uninterrupted.
- Provide references upon request.
Duties
Typical duties will include:
- Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities.
- Vacuuming and mopping floors as required.
- Cleaning kitchen surfaces and communal areas.
- Emptying bins and maintaining general cleanliness throughout the building.
- Reporting any maintenance issues identified during cleaning visits.
