Another act of mindless vandalism has taken place!!
This is the entrance to the playing fields from Gertrude Road that leads onto the Sundial. The post and gate were ripped out and thrown onto the raised beds. Our litter picker found them this morning and as they are so heavy, he beleives that a number of people must of been involved in causing this damage.
This is the FOURTH instance of damage to our outdoor spaces in the past week or so. 2 on the teen area and now 2 on the playing fields.
If you have any CCTV that looks out onto this area, please review it and let the clerk have any evidence you may have or if you saw something, please let us know. This will cost hundreds of pounds to replace…
