Notes from PCSO and PC

Apologies for not having the July report, due to the move with PCSO Tom Coggins, I wasn’t aware of the reports he had done for you.

There has been quite a large amount of police presence in the area over the last couple of months and this is due to the increase in incidents we had over the summer. However, we have worked extremely hard with our team and partner agencies to get these calls down and believe there has been an improvement in the amount of ASB incidents that have been reported to us. We held a community catch up at the very start of this month and I am pleased to say it was extremely successful and all the reports and concerns raised to us have meant we are able to piece a few more things together and keep those problems at bay. As the schools are back now, we hope that everyone enjoyed their summer and hope the incidents remain low going forward. Some of you may also be aware that a closure order was placed on an address on Cleveland Avenue due to several ASB reports made to us.
