The Parish Council have received the statutory notice from EBC on the 14th September informing them of the planning application that has been submitted, comments on the application HAVE to be received within 21 days of this notice so all comments must be received by Erewash Borough Council by the 5th October 2026.
They state comments must be in writing and provide an email address to comment planning@erewash.gov.uk – my advice is to use the planning reference as the subject header so that the comments are allocated to this application which is PA/2026/0452
